GNEE STEEL has successfully completed the production, inspection, and shipment of a specialized batch of customized steel grating for a large industrial upgrading project in Europe. This project required non-standard dimensions, enhanced load-bearing capability, and heavy-duty galvanizing to withstand long-term mechanical pressure and corrosive exposure.

The entire project began with detailed technical communication between GNEE STEEL’s engineering team and the client’s project managers. Based on operational load data and environmental conditions, the team determined the optimal bearing-bar size, bar spacing, cross-bar welding structure, and the required zinc coating thickness. Multiple prototypes were produced for evaluation before finalizing the production blueprint.

During manufacturing, GNEE STEEL utilized automated welding systems to ensure high structural accuracy and exceptional welding strength. Each panel underwent precision measurement, ensuring compliance with tight tolerances required for installation in industrial walkways, heavy platforms, and maintenance areas. The final quality-control stage included load testing, flatness evaluation, and coating adhesion checks.

Given the long shipping distance and strict European cargo handling regulations, GNEE STEEL implemented its enhanced export packaging system. The panels were secured using double-layer steel straps, placed on custom steel pallets, and wrapped with moisture-resistant protective film. Additionally, each pallet was labeled with QR tracking information, allowing contractors to identify the specifications and installation sequence at the project site.
